Matt Sears brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and community-minded service to the biohazard remediation field. Originally from a small farm in Ohio, Matt developed a strong work ethic early on through farming and mechanical trades. His career eventually took him west to Tucson, Arizona, where he spent over 21 years as a contractor.
As time passed, the physical demands of contracting pushed Matt to look for a new chapter—one surrounded by water, trees, and a strong sense of community. That search led him to the Tennessee Valley. After visiting Northern Alabama, Matt knew he had found his next home. He relocated to the Huntsville area in 2024 and has loved it ever since.
Driven by a desire to make a real difference, Matt launched T.A.C.T. Huntsville to provide compassionate, professional help to his neighbors during their most challenging moments. He thrives on meeting people, understanding their needs, and delivering thoughtful, individualized solutions.
